Something about that thing just makes me not hungry. And that is hard to do.

I tried to make my own sauce last night for some wings. Used bacon ranch as a base and added seasonings to it.

    Turned out..............ok.

Guess next time I should probably look at a recipe.

Bacon Ranch huh? So they it was like a creamy sauce? I'm personally not a huge fan of creamy style wings. I don't even eat ranch with my wings. The rest of the guys seem to like that kinda sauce though on occasion.

It was supposed to be a creamy sauce. I like those. I love ranch and wings.

Ranch+ wings + cold vodka cranberry = happiness

I originally wanted to grill some seafood BBQ this weekend but after thinking about the BP oil spill I willingly pass. On my menu would have been shrimp, scallop, & vegetables kabobs and grilled half lobsters with steak. "Surf n Turf". Happy Memorial Day weekend everybody.

Well after much laziness I finally got around to making a fabled Luther Burger.

For those of you who don't know this sandwich was allegedly created by the R&B legend Luther Vandross.

It contains relatively few ingredients but packs quite a bit of flavor. First you need what you see listed.

See I told you simple, NOT PICTURE IS THE CHEESE. I used sharp cheddar. I recommend cheddar here and not that cheap square sliced crap people call cheese.

This Stuf \/\/\/\/\/\/\/ DO NOT USE.

    Oh don't forget the "buns"

Now you take your ingredietns and cook them. I use salt, pepper, onion power, garlic and herb seasoning, however you can season to taste. Avoid saucy or sweet flavorings here. Leave out the cheese and "buns"

After everything is all done, assemble. I like to take my buns and put them in the microwave for around 8 seconds (time depends on your microwave) just enough to get them warm and soft.

    Let cool

    Then

    NOM!!

It is pretty good actually. If good qualities of meat cheese and bacon are used the flavors blend perfectly with the doughnuts. It is a
    great guilty pleasure food.

Agreed you can eat the worst things ever as long as it is in moderation.

Another snack I like to eat sometimes.
