Lol. That was actually the first of 2 Wingfest's we had in Milwaukee this summer. We shot a video for the other one too and that one should be up in a couple more months.

I would be all over that. I don't know of any wings fest in GA. How are the ghost peppers coming along? Also have you checked out this site?

Hot Sauce Super Store - HotSauceWorld.com

A Zilvia premie said it's pretty legit.

Well I just had my second child 6 weeks ago and have been dealing with some health issues related to both of my children. It's a long story really, but we are starting to finally get into a groove. So yeah, I've been pretty anti social which is completely not like me. lol

Ghost pepper plant produced about 30 peppers and unfortunately got so damn big that I had no where to go with it at my crib so I have it in a sort of dormant state until we move in another month or so. Just a lot going on.

I'll have to check that out when I get a chance. And that hot sauce thread.

Hope everything is ok. It's not that big concern is it?

It is actually. Both kids have a metabolic disease called Propionic Acidemia. They will have to be on a special diet the rest of their lives, and on supplements. It can be life threatening. It's a very rare disease. Only 40 kids are born a year in the US with it. It's been a tremendous strain on my wife and we are just trying to adjust the things. I won't be working full time after Jan 1st so that I can stay home with the kids. If they even get a cold or anything they need to be hospitalized as a precaution so they don't have a metabolic crisis. My son had his first one (caused a seizure) 2 weeks after his sister was born and then her new born screening came back abnormal and that's when we started finding out about all of this. We were in the hospital for 4 days when out daughter was born, came home for a week and then were back in the hospital with our son for a week.

I haven't really said anything about it on Zilvia.

Man, I'm really sorry to hear that. Did some light reading the subject, I see the seriousness of it. I really hope the best for you, her and the kids. One of my cousins who is 26 has the mental capacity of an infant, so I have seen first hand the strain special needs children place on families. You all are in my prayers.

Hey guys! Just wanted to give an update. We've been working hard on a whole new site update and we went live last night. Check it out when you get a chance. Now there's a real rating system and the About Us page has profiles about each of us. Also a new logo too! There's all kinds of new stuff.
