    Chicago

Is anyone else going to the auto show?

I just saw a billboard for it, and the FR-S was all over it. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Not going. On principle reason. I refuse to give any money to the crooks in Chicago. I got the free auto show pass. However, the Farking cost a million. You wait for 1 hr to sit in a car. I am looking forward if they going to have the event in Morten. You get invite and cookies to go with it.

I luckily have dealer friends for the passes, and a few free spots to park around the city.

Is the BRZ not at the show? The FR-S is listed under production debut, but there's no listing for the BRZ

Again. It is look and don't touch. It is like you pay the cover charge to get into a strip bar, you get a hard on and you still have to go home and jack off. Don't go to the Chicago Auto show.

    Chicago Auto Show 2012

I went to the Chicago Auto Show on Saturday. Happy to see the FR-S and BRZ, but I wish I was allowed to sit in them and check them out thoroughly. I won an FR-S T-shirt. When I spoke to the Scion reps, they only stated that the FR-S will be released late spring and the estimated price is mid $20k. For a car coming out this year, you would think people would get a chance to sit in it .

    Some things from the show,

the brz spokesperson told me that the price will be comparable to a base wrx, and said something about a may release, with demo dealer cars coming in as early as late april.

The scion spokesperson said the frs demos will be in earlier as well, but they won't be out until after may, with the timeframe being as late as july.

P.s. The cars look great in person.

$25,595 MSRP for a base WRX gets you a boosted 265HP AWD vehicle.

I appreciate any new info in regards to these cars.My Scion dealer is 17 miles away,Subie dealer is almost 70 miles distant.I currently drive an Xd ai owned an Impreza Sport Wagon years ago(MY1995) it was a lot more fun to drive than my current car and AWD sure came in handy for those snow days we sometimes get around here!
