Is this found at the ps store? Is it free or what does it cost?
Those pictures are utterly delicious!
So you can't actually drive it in the game then?
^ False. I drove it just this past Sat. Stock, i beat out an S2000 and a Miata. Mind you those were AI controlled. I can't remember which series I cleared gold to get it, but it was either the Beginner or Novice category, as I'm half finished Novice.
Just so everyone is clear, I looked into this. The MkI concept was available in the game, from purchase. You had to earn it as part of the game.
The production FT86 is part of an update released on 12/20 (update 2.02). It was available immediately at the Toyota store and one came free as a delivery.
The MkII concept was also available if you had purchased atleast 2 items of downloadable content prior to the update. it also came with the 2.02 update as a free delivery or can be purchased at the toyota store.
All are Euro/Jap spec and premium version.
The production version came with no spoiler, but the spoiler and other body mods can be made including rims and tires. Ironically, the production FT86 does not allow turbo or supercharger modifications.
Hope this clears things up. Also, I drove the stock FT86 on GT5 lastnight. It seems like it has good low end power and even pulled from 60mph decently. Reving it to high rpms didn't seem necessary and grip was really good. A simple rim exchange works wonders for the car.![]()
one last thing....I forgot to mention that the FT86 concept cost 30k credits on the US version(not sure if different countries have different credit settings to mimick their own currency). Not saying it will cost that much, but I'm hoping that the credits aren't meant to mimick US dollars....lol
^ R U sure? This morning, in the "Dealerships" section, the '09 'Concept' was $300K, with the FT 86 '12 at $30k. Oh, and there was also a FT 86 SPORT '12. Not TRD, but a customizer. Didn't really look at the specs or the price, was white with CF hood.
