    Mazda Raceway newb question

So I want to go to Mazda Raceway in July for Grand AM and I was curious about pit row suites.

    Mazda Raceway Pit Row Suites

Do you actually stay in this suite for the weekend? Or do you need a place to stay for the two nights?

=)! No, you don't get to stay there overnight! You'll need to get a room or a campsite nearby.

Pit Row suites are rather nice, climate controlled rooms with catering, open bar, similar fans (usually a group gets a suite), and restrooms. They are above the pit row garages and have an elevated and covered set of row seating in front of the room with individual style bleacher seating (like a movie theater but without pads or walls). It's cozy and all, but you're only viewing the track from behind pit row. So you get to see the cars coming in from turn 11 and dissappearing under the start finish bridge as they crest turn 1 and start braking for 2. Personally I like to go all over the place, look at cars, vendors, turns 2, 5 and 8, sit in the free bleachers by 3 or on the hill above the trylon. For pictures, go to goolge maps, zoom in on the track, do a street view from the raceway and you'll see them. There's only one building with them now and plans to build another one of equal length and possibly a third shorter one. If you don't have a need for luxury and sitting in one place, I recommend a standard ticket, definitely a paddock pass and maybe a parking pass.

    See you out there!
