When we can buy one in the U.S.?

    So there's a show on April 20th ...

Will they announce when this car will be available?

I'm looking to buy a new car pretty soon (I have an old 2004 RX8) but the Nissan 370Z sport package is a little bit too expensive.

I really hope this car will be out by this year...

    Thanks for any feedback/updates.

My guess is either late this year or early next year for it to be in stealerships with late this year being more likely IMO.

Some questions I'd recommend asking if they aren't answered at the show:

    When will it be available?

Will there be an FT-S G as shown last year? If so, will it be released at the same time as the "standard" FT-S?

What sorts of dealership options, such as premium audio, can we expect? Will they be available immediately after the car is released?

Will there be a remote start phone app? (That may be answered by the last question, but factory remote start is near and dear to me.)

Thanks. I'll be looking forward to the event and the interview.

How similar to the subie version will it be?
Will there be boost and how will it affect pricing?
How much aftermarket support will this car get and how will it affect the warranty?

    Here's mine...

Will there be a enthusiast specific version like the Gensis R-Type with bigger brakes, diff, and not much else (no nav, no sunroof, no spoiler, etc etc)?

Will there be any limited colors or packages? I'm a sucker for limited stuff.

    Please make a pearl white. (That wasn't a question...just a favor) lol.

"The FT-86 production version will be powered by a 2.5-liter boxer-four engine that produces 305 HP - an engine shared with the Subaru FT-86."

    Turbo-charged?

Will it drive better than a FWD in the snow and ice of the northern Idaho panhandle region? Really.

An older salesman at the scion dealership the other day told me that the pricing would be between 30-35. Hopefully he was just failing, like the information most people have.

I call BS on that one cause I doubt Toyota would think that 30-35k is an "affordable" price...

I hope it is BS because for that price you can buy a Toyota Sequoia SUV (large luxurious truck 5.7 Liter V8) in the North American market.

I'll be my reputation on the fact that the car will NOT be close to that. This thing will MAX out at $30-$31 MAYBE.

    The sweet spot of $25-$28.

    Salepeople don't know dick.
