    The engine in the article is an I4 not a flat four, the guy who wrote that thinks the 4AGE is going in the fr-s.

    just an FYI, inline motors are "flat" motors. The plane of the pistons are all horizontal is all that the term "flat" means.

    Horizontally opposed or boxer engine is a better term than "flat" when describing a Subaru or similar engine.

    I think a future s/c is a reasonable guess (and no more than that) for this car.
