Brand new set of images of the Toyota FT-86 standard model hit the web today, are we looking at the production form with standard aero options? Were betting yes since all we have heard about Scion and Toyota point to the production models are out and in their final stages.

Its been an action packed week for the Toyota FT-86. Days ago, the Modelista images leak onto the web.

anyone else think the tail lights are similarly shaped to the tundra's headlights?

maybe it's just me but when i see the rear end the first thing i see is a tundra front lol

I straight f*cking love it. Seriously. So bad ass.

I like parts of the white one better then the red, but I hate that side chrome strip.

Taillights are about the biggest disappoint to me. I mean I thought we were past the early 2000's. Do people really like that style taillight still? Dates it slightly instead of it being something classic.

I also love the fact that they show the window profiles of the FT and the 2000Gt and that they are almost the same. Sexy.

I'm giving it a 8.5 out of 10.

it was a sexy nice curve styled body all around, now its just a fatass car thats heavy o 2800-2900lbs and ugly, its headlights and especially tail light shape is so ugly now, wtf toyota.

i wished it still looked like a mini-lfa

now it looks like a pokemon
